The delivery of doors is carried out by the carrier company “Nova Poshta.” Orders from the Aplot.ua online store are shipped on Tuesdays. Delivery time ranges from one to three business days, depending on your region in Ukraine.
You can choose the most convenient delivery method for you:
- To a “Nova Poshta” warehouse in your city
- Courier delivery from the warehouse to your apartment at a convenient time – check the cost with our manager when placing your order.
If there are no “Nova Poshta” offices in your city, contact our manager. We will find a suitable delivery option for you.
If you also want to order door installation, inform the manager when placing your order. This option depends on your region and whether our installation team is available there.
All doors are packed in special branded packaging to protect them from damage, dust, and moisture during transportation.
When receiving your order, carefully inspect the purchase – make sure the packaging is intact and there are no defects. Check that all keys and hardware are included.
Please note that claims regarding appearance or completeness are accepted only at the time of delivery.
Payment
The payment scheme depends on the type of door you choose:
- For ready-made doors – 100% prepayment is required before shipment
- For custom-made doors – either 100% prepayment before production, or 70% before starting work and the remaining 30% three days before shipment. Our manager will contact you in advance to inform you about delivery dates and payment requirements.
Payment Methods
Door payment can be made by non-cash transfer in two ways:
- To a bank card via terminal or online payment systems. When placing the order, our manager will send you a form with the exact amount and the card number to transfer money to. This option is more advantageous because the bank fee is covered by the manufacturer.
- To a bank account (without VAT) – the manager will send your account details via email so you can pay through PrivatBank or OschadBank. Please note that in this case, the bank charges a commission according to its rates.
- "Payment in installments" via PrivatBank – up to 25 installments.

Aplot guarantees high quality and durability of all its products. The doors we manufacture are tested for compliance with technical requirements and fire resistance. All products are certified, and their service life is 15 years. Please note that with careful use, our doors can serve you much longer than the stated period.
The factory takes full responsibility for the quality and reliability of its products and provides a warranty for the doors, as well as all delivery and installation work.
Only the manufacturer provides such guarantees. Therefore, to receive proper warranty and post-warranty service, make your purchase directly from the factory, i.e., through our online store.
Warranty Terms
- The factory warranty period is 12 months from the date of door installation;
- Warranty service for hardware is provided by its manufacturer.
Please note: warranty service is only possible if the manufacturer's metal nameplate is intact, and you have the door passport, order form, and payment receipt.
Warranty service is provided if the product has been used and stored according to the operating instructions.
If the door is installed outdoors, we recommend installing a canopy or awning above it to protect against direct sunlight and precipitation. To preserve interior doors, maintain an air temperature of 18–20° C and humidity around 40%. These parameters reduce the risk of condensation on the surface and are optimal.
Cases Where Warranty Does Not Apply
- Damage caused by freezing of lubricants or condensation on the door leaf and locks;
- Entry of construction dust or chemicals into the door locks, cylinders, or hardware;
- There is no dry, cool entrance vestibule between the main room and the door;
- The product has obvious mechanical damage;
- The customer repaired the product themselves or involved unauthorized persons.
Once again, please note that manufacturer warranty service is available only to customers who order doors without intermediaries, directly through the factory’s online store.
Returns
If the product is purchased from the company warehouse and is not a custom-made order, then, according to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection," the consumer has the right to exchange a non-food product of proper quality for a similar one from the seller from whom it was purchased if the product does not satisfy them in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, size, or cannot be used for its intended purpose for other reasons. The consumer has the right to exchange the product of proper quality within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase.

Products manufactured as custom orders, according to the Specification and Order Form for the client, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
